I’ve been with the company for 10.5 years, started back in April 2012, started out in sales for 5 years with the company but then I decided I wanted to become a technician. I became a senior technician that does a lot of commercials, state, and corporation accounts. I enjoy working with the public and dealing with people. I’m very people oriented. I like fixing people's problems. 

Bug Busters Pest Control Services changed my life. The owner told me when I interviewed with the company 3 years ago, if I apply myself I would go far with the company. I did just that and have been able to exceed all my expectations. I began as a residential sales inspector and very quickly stepped up into the management arena. 

When I was hired at Bug Busters, I was performing crawlspace encapsulations and was very proud of my work. The organization at Bug Busters are family and the Easons are family. That is why I enjoy working for the Eason's and what the Easons have done for Jennifer and myself could never be paid back; they are truly a blessing.
